| How do I get my paint choices? |
Based on the information you send or email, several paint selections will be made. Large samples from major paint companies will be mailed directly to your home. Hang them in the room you wish to paint to see how you like the new choice. Then, take the sample to your local paint store or home improvement store to purchase the paint. You can purchase the same name brand or get a computer color match of the brand of your choice.

| What if I want the paint to match something special in my room? |
DecorateAndPaint.com P.O. Box. 283, Hinckley, OH 44233-9998 has been provided for you to mail a piece of wall paper, small swatch of fabric or some other indicator of your existing room that you want the Interior Designer to use when selecting paint colors. If you want these items returned, provide a self-addressed postage, paid envelope.

| How long will the process take for paint color selection? |
Paint selection should take approximately two weeks or less from the time any room color indicators (sample items to match) arrive at our office.

| How will I get the lighting choices? |
After we receive your pictures via email or US mail, your new lighting choice suggestions will be emailed to you within two weeks.

| How do I purchase the fixtures? |
The manufacturer, style name and/or product number will come to you via email. Many can be purchased online through the suggested websites. Some are major manufactures that may be sold at your local lighting store. Check the manufacturer's site for locations near you.

| How do you know where I want new accessories? |
Photographs via email or US mail of the area that is in need of accessorizing will be great. Any additional information that cannot be answered in the questionnaire can be submitted in the "More Info" Box on the Accessories page.

| How do I buy the accessories and bedding? |
The website, style name, and/or number will be emailed to you. You may have more than one option for the space you need accessories or bedding. You make the purchase online and it will be delivered to your home.

| How do you know what STYLE window treatment I need? |
Based on the questionnaire and photos you email or send via US mail a suggestion will be emailed to you.

| How do I purchase FABRIC window treatment STYLE? |
With a Professional Interior Designer selecting your window treatment STYLE you can’t go wrong. Allow DecorateAndPaint.com to take the guesswork out of window treatment STYLE. A picture with a website address, STYLE name and/or number or a drawing will be emailed to your address picturing the window treatment STYLE for each window. Take the window treatment STYLE selection with you when you go to make your window treatment purchase. Just select the fabric to coordinate with your room in the STYLE presented by DecorateAndPaint.com. Then have them custom made, shop the STYLE from a catalog, or purchase online or your local store.

| How do I purchase blinds, shades, or shutters? |
Specific products, blinds, shades, or shutters, will be specified. The website address, style name, and/or number will be emailed to you. You choose the color and purchase at your local store, through a catalog or online. Some manufacturer’s sites will direct you to the store in your area that sells their products. Follow the manufacturer's measuring instructions.
